Privacy Policy — Huedle

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Huedle game (the "Service"), provided by PELP Inc. ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the Huedle website and mobile apps.

1. Information we collect

Huedle does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. Your game progress (levels cleared, coins, settings) is stored locally on your own device and is not sent to us.

Our third-party advertising provider may automatically collect limited information needed to serve and measure ads — such as a device advertising identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, and basic usage/diagnostic data.

2. Advertising

The website may use Google AdSense and the mobile apps use Google AdMob to show ads. These services may use cookies and device identifiers to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where required by law (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR), a consent prompt is shown before personalized ads are served. On iOS, you control ad tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device settings. In regions such as California (CCPA/CPRA), you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through your device's ad settings.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send occasional reminders (e.g., daily check-in). You can turn these off any time inside the app or in your device settings.

4. Children

Huedle is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your choices

You can reset locally stored progress by clearing the app/site data, manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings, and disable notifications at any time.
